Northamptonshire County Council are currently running two campaigns to promote services that can now be done online.

The first is Blue Badge applications and renewals.  By using the online system

It is:

  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
     

You can:

  • Find out if you are eligible
  • You can save the form and go back to it at any point
  • It will take just 15 minutes to complete the form
     

And:

  • Assessment should be processed within 6 weeks
  • The second is Bus Pass application and renewal.  By using the online system
     

It is:

  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Simple and straightforward to use


You can:

  • Find out if you are eligible
  • You can save the form and go back to it at any point


And:

  • Your new bus pass should arrive within 10 working days
