Winter Fayre arrives in Daventry Town Centre

On Saturday 8th December 2018, Daventry Town will host its first Winter Fayre which will include a plethora of activities for the whole family to enjoy.

From carousel rides; Santa's Grotto; Donkey rides; lantern parade; Christmas Market; Christmas Tree Festival; Carol Service – you'll be hard pushed to find something you don't like at Daventry's Winter Fayre.

The Christmas Market, based on the High Street, will include a Prosecco bar; a gin bar; various beers, ciders and ales; a hog roast; handmade jewellery; homemade chutneys and jams; and more – providing you with the perfect place to buy those last-minute Christmas presents (or even treat yourself).

Daventry Town Mayor, Cllr Lynn Jones, said, "The decision to rebrand the event from the Spirit of Christmas was not taken lightly. Given how much the event has grown, we wanted a name that really encompasses what it has to offer.

It is a fun filled day with something for all the family."
